Shipping, returns, and usage

These policies apply to made-to-order physical phone cases only.

Shipping & production

Each phone case is printed on demand through Printify after your order is placed. Production typically takes 3-5 business days and shipping usually takes another 5-7 business days, for a total delivery window of about 10-14 days.

Returns & refunds for misprints

If your case arrives with a print defect, manufacturing issue, or damage in transit, email support@wildflowervows.shop with your order details and a clear photo. We will replace the item or refund it as appropriate.

Personalization

Some product pages let you choose the phone model before checkout. Please review your selection carefully, because made-to-order items are printed specifically for the model entered at checkout.

License

Your purchase is for personal gift use only. You may use the case for yourself or give it as a personal gift, but you may not resell, redistribute, or claim the artwork as your own.
